Terms and Conditions of Sale

General Terms of Use

The sale of products is governed by the general terms and conditions of sale. Placing an order implies unconditional acceptance of the legal notices and terms of use. The characteristics (dimensions, weight, standards, etc.) on our site are for information purposes only. Kollirama reserves the right to modify them at any time.

Order

Any accepted order and/or for which execution has begun can no longer be modified in any of its terms, unless the changes requested by the buyer are received three weeks before the delivery date and accepted in writing by Kollirama Sud. It is the responsibility of the buyer or recipient, in case of damage, shortage, or non-conformity of the goods with the order, to make any necessary claims and to confirm their reservations by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier, within the time limits provided by the applicable regulations. Without prejudice to the measures to be taken with respect to the carrier, claims regarding apparent defects or non-conformity of the goods must be made in writing no later than 8 days from receipt of the products. Delivery times are indicative, and the buyer waives any compensation in this regard. Exceeding deadlines does not give rise to any damages, retention, or cancellation of current orders. At any time, the customer can check the products in their cart, add or remove items. When the order is validated, the customer is invited to pay on the dedicated secure payment platform.

Return

Packaging, delivery, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of refusal or non-delivery of the goods. Returns of goods, in case of dissatisfaction, will only be accepted within a maximum period of 10 working days. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition. Kollirama reserves the right to refuse the return if it considers that the packaging or goods are damaged.

Transport

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is provided by Kollirama Sud, which reserves the right to use a transport company.

Price (for online sales)

Prices are expressed in euros excluding tax (H.T) (art 262.ter I of the C.G.I). They do not include transport costs. They are subject to change without notice.

Payment (for online sales)

For payments on the site, bank details are neither known nor stored by Kollirama. In case of failure of electronic payment, the products are not delivered and the order is automatically canceled. Payments by check must be sent to the billing address of Kollirama Sud: 19 RN 113 30629 Bernis.

Product availability

Kollirama Sud will fulfill orders within the limits of available stock from its suppliers. Kollirama Sud undertakes to significantly stock the basic elements constituting the direct structure.

Warranty

The customer is solely responsible for the suitability of the ordered product(s) for their needs. Kollirama will not accept any return for this reason. Kollirama undertakes to replace any defective goods, without the customer being entitled to claim damages for any reason whatsoever. This warranty only applies to products with a manufacturing defect making them unfit for use and not detectable by the customer before use. The customer must provide all justification regarding the reality of the observed defects. Kollirama reserves the right to carry out any on-site verification. Excluded from the warranty: normal wear and tear of the product, abnormal wear or deterioration due to negligence, lack of maintenance, or mishandling, defects resulting from the buyer's decision to make modifications or repairs.

Ownership right

The customer is solely responsible for the suitability of the ordered product(s) for their needs. Kollirama will not accept any return for this reason.
